Getting to Colorado Springs
The conference will be held on the CU Colorado Springs (UCCS) campus
(map).
Ground transportation to hotels from the Colorado Springs airport can
be made by making a reservation at www.arideinluxury.com or by phone:
(800) 813-9916. The cost is approximately $45 to locations near the
campus. Yellow Cab service costs the same amount. For more
information, refer to the ground
transportation page for the Colorado Springs airport. If you like
navigating then you may wish instead to rent a car: The organizers will arrange car
pooling to transport people between the
UCCS campus and other organized
locations. Please contact the organizers in the event that you will initially need
transportation from your hotel to campus.
Hotel
The
Silverwood Lodge (phone: (866) 602-8120) is recommended for people who would like to be within
walking distance to the UCCS campus.
Campus
Conference talks will be held in Room 303A of the University Center of
the campus (see under
Services Facilities on the map). Also on this map there is a
parking garage. Level 4 is recommended.
